Tahawus Trails is a partnership of five dedicated individuals who supervise crews of two to six seasonal staff. The partners have over 60 years of combined professional trail building experience. In all our work, we are committed to being professional craftspeople, innovators, artists, educators, and passionate land stewards.

NY/NJ Trail Conference passion is creating great trail experiences. Our 2,000-plus volunteers build, maintain, and protect trails and steward parklands because we believe everyone who seeks the outdoors should have the opportunity to connect with nature.

Hudson Valley Trail Works

Hudson Valley Trail Works is a close-knit team dedicated to building trails that connect communities throughout the Hudson Valley, NY. . Collaborating with individuals, businesses and organizations they focus on projects for private and public lands.

Jolly Rovers is a volunteer group that creates sustainable trails to iconic places in public parks. They fill a niche in the world of conservation, and have a passion for making unique trail experiences a reality.

The Barn Raiser

The Barn Raiser provides Amish-built, pre-fabricated and/or modular structures.Visit our showroom to see a wide variety of sizes, styles, sidings and colors. If a stock shed or garage won’t do, we can have it customized to fit your needs with a lot of great options.

Penn Trails

Penn Trails specializes in trail planning and design, with extensive experience with universal access trails. We have a unique approach that centers user experience and maximizes trail sustainability, allowing communities to create trails that blend seamlessly into their environment while fostering meaningful connections with nature.
